八戸工業大学の地域連携活動の事例報告―中心市街地にある「サテライト」の活動を中心に―

要旨・内容

東日本大震災の翌月の平成23年4月に設立された八戸工業大学防災技術社会システム研究センターでは，「創造的復興のための技術開発・支援と地域連携教育の推進」に取り組んでおり，市の中心街にサテライトスタジオ（展示ブース）を開設した。地域社会の発展への寄与は本学の目的の一つであり，この場を地域連携教育の拠点と位置付けて講演会や研究発表の場として活用している。開設してからの2年間の活動を報告する。

要旨・内容 (英語)

The month following the Great East Japan Earthquake, Research Center for Technology in Disaster Reduction and Construction of Social System was established in April 2011. Center has been working on “the technical development and support for creative revival, and promotion of the cooperation education of the area”, and opened the satellite information booth in downtown Hachinohe in March 2012 as a base of the local related education. Specifically there has been used for giving free periodically lectures, introducing the research of Center and holding special exhibitions. Now we would like to report the activities for two years at the satellite information booth.
