要旨・内容

騒音・振動公害の特徴は、他の公害に比べてかなり主観的判断位任せられるものであり、また局所的でもある。本報ではこれまでの騒音・振動の実測結果及び問題点解決のための具体的対策などを述べて、これら公害防止のための参考に供するものである。

The characteristics of noise and vibration pollution are much more subjective and local than other pollution. This report describes the results of noise and vibration measurements so far and specific measures to solve the problems, and serves as a reference for preventing these pollutions.
