要旨・内容

幕藩期の社会体制は身分階層制に基づいて構築されており、大名の家臣団もその内部において身分制が整理されている。従い身分制意地の志も高いため武家親族・相続法にも当然反映されている。本稿では家臣の婚姻に関する規制を取り上げている。

要旨・内容 (英語)

The social system during the period of the shogunate was constructed based on the rank system, and the vassals of the daimyo were organized within the rank system. As a result, the stubbornness of the class system is also high, so it is naturally reflected in the samurai relatives and inheritance law. This article deals with the regulation of vassal marriage.
