八戸藩は遅れながら法令制度の整備に努力したものの、家臣の官僚化現象、役人の腐敗化が進行していた。これに対する規制の簡略を知ろうとするものである。

Although the Hachinohe clan made efforts to develop a legal system, albeit late, the bureaucratization of vassals and the corruption of government officials were progressing. I would like to know the simplification of the regulations for this.
