幕府及び諸藩の財源は農業生産による年貢だった。従い幕府及び藩はそれらの支配領域において農業生産の維持と発展に勤めていた。本稿ははちのへはんの農民統制法に触れていく。

The source of revenue for the bakufu and domains was land tax from agricultural production. Therefore, the shogunate and domains worked to maintain and develop agricultural production in their territories. This paper touches on the peasant control law of Hachinohehan.
