要旨・内容

南部菱刺しは、青森県南部地域の伝統的手仕事であり、津軽地域のこぎん刺しと並び、手芸品としての注目が集まっている。本稿では、地域文化研究の一環として、現代的感覚を重視した、若い女性層に訴求できるような新しい南部菱刺し製品の提案を行う。

要旨・内容 (英語)

Nambu Diamond Embroidery is traditional handwork inherited in the Nambu region of Aomori prefecture, and attract public attention in the area of handcrafts as well as Koginsashi inherited in the Tsugaru region. In this paper, new products placing emphasis on the modern sense and having an appeal for young women are suggested.
