要旨・内容

我が国の将来人口減が叫ばれる中、国は平成 26 年 11 月 28 日にまち・ひと・しごと創生法を制定し、長期ビジ ョン及び総合戦略を閣議決定した。「長期ビジョン」及び 「総合戦略」に関する論点1)によると、「長期ビジョン」 は、50 年後に 1 億人程度の人口を維持することを目指し、 日本の人口動向を分析し、将来展望を示すこと、「総合戦 略」は、「長期ビジョン」を基に今後 5 か年の政府の試作 の方向性を提示することを趣旨としている。これを受け、 平成 27 年 3 月 24 日開催の八戸圏域定住自立圏市町村長 会議において、青森県八戸市、三戸町、五戸町、田子町、 南部町、階上町、新郷村、おいらせ町の 8 市町村長は平 成 29 年 1 月 1 日の中核市移行と、新たな広域連携の仕組 みである「連携中枢都市圏」を目指し検討作業に着手す ることに合意した。

要旨・内容 (英語)

The decrease in population of future our country poses a big problem. For an activation of regional economy, the government has advocated "the peculiarity for every neighborhood and the rendition of a local problem based on a data." Because a local government and a citizen corresponded to it, the government developed the Regional Economy and Society Analyzing System (RESAS). This Papers reports the local peculiarity which used RESAS, the peculiarity which the survey on the sightseeing big data of a Hachinohe neighboring region and its big data showed as an example of survey of a problem, and the proposal towards an activation.
