要旨・内容

地域資源活用に基づいた農業・農村の活性化が急務とされる中、八戸市陸奥湊地区では館鼻岸壁での朝市の賑わいに加え、近隣に開設した海業支援施設や学習館などを核とした多様な取組の展開がみられる。本研究では、国内における海業支援施設設置の背景と現状における課題を踏まえた上で、当該地域における教育プログラム実施過程についての検討をおこなう。さらに、新たな主体間連携に基づいた教育プログラムを、今後の地域における人材育成力強化に向けた取組の展開へと繋げていく上で、重視すべき視点についても考察する。

要旨・内容 (英語)

Revitalization of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and rural/fishery communities based on utilization of regional sources has been an urgent task. Under these circumstances, so-called Tatehana Wharf Morning Market located in the Minato District of Hachinohe City has been bustling enough to aim community revitalization. In addition, fishery support facilities and a study center, etc., have been opened in the vicinity and now serve as a core, with various initiatives being developed. This study examines the background of the establishment of fishery support facilities in Japan and their current issues. It also　considers the impact of the educational program implementation process in this community.
