科学の祭典八戸大会2017における小中学生向けプログラミング講座の実践

要旨・内容

本報告では、青森県八戸市の八戸市児童科学館にて、2017年8月6日（土）および7日(土)の2日間にわたり開催された、第22回「青少年のための科学の祭典八戸大会」に出展時における活動内容が報告された。具体的には、イベント当日には我々が実践する学生主体が主体となったICTを活用した地域連携活動の活動内容を紹介した。これに付随し、イベントへの来場が予想される小学生および中学生に対する、LinuxOSが動作するマイコンを用いたプログラミングの体験講座を実施した。その結果、小学生はもとより親御様や八戸市内の教育関係者の方々にも多数ご来場いただいた。更に、本企画はイベントの運営の方々にも高い評価を頂いた。ブースの運営では、学生メンバーが主体的となって準備から当日の企画の運用を精力的に進めたおかげで、2日間にもわたる本イベントが成功裏に実施されたことに関し考察した。

要旨・内容 (英語)

"The 22nd Annual Science Festival for Young People" was held at Hachinohe City Children's Science Museum in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture for two days on Saturday, August 6 and Saturday, 7th, 2017 . In this report, activities at the time of exhibition at this event were reported. Specifically, , activities of regional collaborative activities utilizing ICT, which was dominated by student entities practiced by us, were introduced on the day of the event. Moreover, a programming experience lecture course using microcomputers running Linux OS was implemented for elementary and junior high school students who are expected to come to the event. As a result, many people visited this booth not only elementary school students, but also parents and stakeholders engaged in education in Hachinohe city. In addition, this project was highly appreciated by the people of the event management.
