防災技術社会システム研究センターサテライトにおける地域住民の声に応えた活動事例

要旨・内容

被災者に寄り添った防災・復興整備情報の提供や地域連携教育に取り組むために，八戸工業大学防災技術社会システム研究センターが八戸市の中心市街地にサテライト展示ブースを設立し3年目を迎えた。
地域住民との交流を深めていく中で，サテライトには多くのご要望やご意見が寄せられている。そこで，サテライトでは文部科学省「大学等における地域復興のためのセンター的機能整備事業」として，今年度，地域住民の声に応える活動に積極的に取り組んだ。地元の話題を取り入れた防災情報の掲示，サテライト外でのイベント参加などで，より広範囲への情報発信，サテライトの設立意義でもある双方向性のコミュニケーションの構築を実践した。

要旨・内容 (英語)

Satellite information booth of H.I.T. Research Center has been introducing the Center’s survey and researches for three years in downtown Hachinohe. Meanwhile, we receive many voices from disaster victims about their demands for our activity, creative revival, and so on. So, we have been carried on the MEXT’s program for Enhancing Lead Functions of Universities for Local Reconstruction especially by answering those voices this year. By providing the information about history of local disaster and attending the outside events. These activities made it possible for the Center to make interactive communication with local community. It’s also the initial purpose of establishing the satellite information booth.
