要旨・内容

八戸は八戸商工会議所、産業公害相談室に設けられた産業廃棄物処理対策委員会が主軸となって「共同処理センター」建設にむけて、諸事情が推進されてきた。前報では一部の報告のみであったが、本法では、従来までの事業経過とその後実施した研究成果を加えて今後の方向について述べたものである。

要旨・内容 (英語)

In Hachinohe, the Hachinohe Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Industrial Waste Disposal Countermeasures Committee established in the Industrial Pollution Counseling Office have taken the lead in promoting the construction of a "common treatment center". Although the previous report was only a partial report, this law describes the future direction of the project by adding the progress of the project up to now and the results of research conducted thereafter.
