ABSTRACT：
“Nambu Diamond Embroidery” and “Koginsashi” are Sashiko handworks developed and inherited in Aomori prefecture. “Nambu Diamond Embroidery” should be reviewed as regional traditional culture and regional resource; however,there are fewer literature materials related to “Nambu Diamond Embroidery” as compared to “Koginsashi,”. In the present study, I collected and categorized the literature materials related to “Nambu Diamond Embroidery,”analyzed the trend thereof, and considered themes for further study.
