时光如梭，不知不觉之间，我在八户市已经度过了整整一年。我也已经相当习惯这里的生活，并被这个城市的独特魅力所吸引。
我认为要描述八户的魅力，无论如何都绕不开的便是它深厚的历史和丰壤的自然。我已经去过八户的许多著名景点和旅游胜地。其中，给我留下最深刻印象的还得是是川绳文馆与种差海岸。
在我到达八户不久，由于工作上的原因，我便得到了一次参观是川绳文馆的机会。被认证为日本国宝的合掌土偶自然不用多说，作为一个历史爱好者，绳文时期的人们的生活和文化也让我感到非常有趣。
从出土的陶器和工具中，我能够感受到过去的绳文人是如何与大自然相处，生活。而通过陶器表面的独特图案和涂漆，也可以看出绳文人在没有文字的情况下建立了相当丰富的精神文化。除此以外，其他由翡翠和黑曜石制成的雕刻品与工具也十分引人深思，因为这些矿物的原产地并不在这片区域。想到早在成千上万年前，古人们便已经在没有文字的情况下互通有无，不禁会让我涌出一种浪漫的感觉。
当然，除了是川博物馆之外，我还参观了许多其他可以了解到八户历史的场所，例如根城遗迹和梳引神社。从这些地方，我也发现，以历史的角度来看，八户市特殊的自然环境与它丰富的文化基底有着不可分割的关系。
其中，我特别喜欢的地方是种差海岸，在那里你可以享受几乎所有独特的地形，包括来自太平洋的海风、岩壁、沙滩和草地。一望无垠的天然草地更是令人印象深刻，流连忘返。
从苇毛崎展望台上可以看到的景色无比壮观，无边无际的海平线只要一眼就能让人深深爱上这块地方。自展望台朝向种差海岸，有着一条超过五千米的游步道，那也是假日漫步的好地方。我自己也经常会来到这里，沿着海边的小路行走，享受着岩石礁石、松树林和吱吱作响的沙滩等千变万化的美丽自然风光。
综上所述，我十分享受在八户市的生活。 这里生活起来十分的悠闲，在其他地方也很难找到如此独特和美丽的大自然。

Time flies and it has already been a year since I came to Hachinohe from the United States. I have become used to life here and have also been attracted to the unique charm of this city. I think what is indispensable in describing the charm of Hachinohe is its deep history and rich nature. I have been to many landmarks and touristic spots of Hachinohe. Among them, the two that left the greatest impression on me personally were the Korekawa Jomon museum and the Tanesashi Coast.
Soon after I arrived in Hachinohe, I luckily got an opportunity to visit the Korekawa Jomon museum. As a die-hard history fan, I found the life and culture of the people living in the Jomon period very attractive, not to mention the Gassyo dogu, which is a national treasure of Japan.
From the excavated artifacts and tools from Jomon period, I was able to get a sense of how the Jomon people had lived with nature. And through the distinctive patterns and lacquering on the surfaces of those artifacts, I could also clearly recognize that the people of the Jomon period had developed a rich spiritual culture even without a written language.
It was also very interesting to discover a number of accessories and tools made of jade and obsidian, which would not normally be found in this region. To think that people had already interacted and traded goods and culture back in thousands of years ago, I can’t help but feel impressive and exciting.
In addition to the Korekawa Jomon museum, I also visited other places where I was able to learn a lot about Hachinohe’s history, such as the historical site Nejo and Kushihiki Hachiman Shrine. And from a historical perspective, it is obvious that the special natural environment of the area is the foundation of its riveting culture.
Talking about the natures in Hachinohe, my favorite of all is Tanesashi Coast, where you can enjoy various terrain, including the sea breeze, rocky shore, sandy beach, and natural turf. The view of green-open turf all over the area is majestic and spectacular no matter how many times you visit.
Other than that, if you have a chance to visit the Ashigezaki Observator, you would fell in love with the stunning view of the endless ocean horizon after just one glance. There is also a trail course that leads from the Ashigesaki Observatory to the Tanesashi Coast, which is a perfect place for a holiday getaway.
Thus, all above is exactly how I am still enjoying my life in Hachinohe, and I believe it is hard to find another place where you can be in touch with such a unique and beautiful nature.

アメリカから八戸に来て、気づけばもう一年が経ちます。ここでの生活にも慣れ、このまちの独特な魅力にも惹かれました。
八戸の魅力を語る上で欠かせないのは、やはりその深みのある歴史と豊かな自然だと思います。八戸の名所や観光地も、色々と行きました。その中で、個人的に最も印象に残ったのが是川縄文館と種差海岸です。
私は八戸に来てすぐ、仕事の関係で是川縄文館を訪れる機会がありました。国宝である合掌土偶はもちろんですが、歴史好きな自分にとっては、縄文時代に生きる人々の生活と文化はとても興味深く感じました。
発掘された土器や道具から、縄文人たちがどのように自然と付き合ってきたのか、肌で感じ取ることができました。そして、土器の表面にある特徴的な模様と漆塗りを通して、縄文人は文字がない中で、豊かな精神的文化を築き上げていたことがはっきりとわかりました。
他にも、本来であればこの地域に産出されないはずの翡翠や黒曜石を使ったアクセサリーや道具が発掘されているのも非常に面白かったです。数千年も前から、人々は交流し、物や文化の取引をしていたと思うと、ロマンを感じざるを得ません。
是川縄文館だけでなく、史跡根城や櫛引八幡宮など、八戸の歴史をたくさん知ることができる場所も参観しました。そして、歴史上から見ても、やはりこの地の特殊な自然環境は、文化の礎になっていると感じました。
中でも１番のお気に入りは、太平洋特有の海風、岩場、砂浜、芝生などの地形を全部堪能できる種差海岸です。天然芝生が一面に広がる景色は美しく、何回行っても感動できます。
葦毛崎展望台から見る光景は、まさしく絶景で、果てのない水平線を一目見ただけでとりこになりました。葦毛崎展望台から種差海岸まで続く遊歩道は、休日の散策にもってこいの場所です。私も何度か機会があって、海沿いの道を歩きましたが、岩礁、松林、鳴き砂の砂浜など、種差海岸の千変万化な美しい自然を楽しむことができました。
この通り、私は八戸での生活を今も満喫しています。住み心地の良さに加え、これほど独特で美しい自然に触れ合える場所は、なかなかないと思います。
唯一の不満な点は、冬の寒さと、車がないと不便なところぐらいですかね（笑）
